Just an optimal selection for a short layover in Kyoto with all in all brilliant value for money. The laundry machines were handy, though they were often in use. Try to ask for an extra pillow if you find them too flat.

My stay at Comfort Hotel Era Kyoto Toji was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to Toji Temple and the monthly market. The breakfast options were delicious, and I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks available in the cozy library area. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day exploring Kyoto.

The only downside was that the laundry machines were often busy.

great location

staying at comfort hotel was a pleasant experience. the queen room was quite new and nice, and the coffee available throughout the day was above average. the location is great, just right next to the subway, making it easy to explore. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which added a nice touch to our stay.

Location is prime, just a 10 min walk to Kyoto station and right across from Toji station. The breakfast was impressive with fresh items and a variety of juices. Room was clean, had nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and good toiletries. Plus, free coffee all day! Really enjoyed the cozy lounge area for dinner too.
